Bowen
It’s been quite a week and I must say, I’m not ready to go back to school on Monday at all. We had a really good time in Bowen. The party was a lot of fun and I met more of Lana’s cousins and their mates. I also met Will, Gordon and Tricia’s oldest kid, for the first time. He’s 23 and lives in Brisbane. But anyways, most of Bowen is pretty much a hole except the beaches. We spend most of Saturday at the beach and it was sunny and the weather was perfect. It was one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen, as well, and I took more than half a roll of film of just the scenery plus a lot of digi pics. When I was standing on the beach looking out at the sand, mountains, palm trees, and incrediably blue water, it looked fake–like a picture you would see in a magazine or at a post card. All I can say is wow. I’ll show you all pictures but I’m positive that they won’t do it justice.
Well sorry this was so short but I gotta get some sleep because I haven’t had much of it this weekend. I want everyone who went to prom to email me and tell me all about it because I’m dying to hear how it went! Have a great day everyone. ![]()
